Shipping Method
All orders are delivered by express courier and require a signature upon delivery. Orders are delivered from Monday to Friday, from 9 to 18 hours. It is mandatory at the time of the order, to enter a telephone number (mobile or fixed) to be contacted by the courier shortly before the delivery of the goods.
Once the items have been shipped it is no longer possible to change the destination address or add anything to the order itself.
The tracking number is delivered the day after shipment by sms or email.
ORDER FULFILLMENT
Orders received on holidays or weekdays are processed on the first following business day. For payments by Bank Transfer, the order will be processed as soon as we have received confirmation of payment by the bank. This operation will take a few more days.
All orders received from Monday to Friday after 12: 00 will be shipped the next business day.
DELIVERY TIME
Standard delivery takes place approximately in 3/4 working days from the moment of order fulfillment according to the shipping address indicated by the customer. In the case of choice with payment by bank transfer, the shipment will be made only after the amount of the order has been credited, this may extend the time of receipt of the purchased products.
SHIPPING COSTS ITALY (NATIONAL)
Shipments in the Italian national territory have a fixed cost starting from € 8.00 INCLUDING VAT.
Free shipping is at the discretion of Diamond Center Ludovisi di WED Ludovisi S.r.l. depending on the circumstances, the same will be applicable only for orders with shipment to Italy.
SHIPPING COSTS ABROAD (INTERNATIONAL)
Shipments in international territory have a cost that varies depending on the country of destination.
INSURANCE
Packages shipped are insured from the moment they are entrusted to the courier until delivery to the end Customer. Once delivered to the address indicated and collected, the goods are no longer insured.

CLAIM
Any shipping errors or lack of material in the package must be reported, in writing. Even in the presence of intact packaging, the goods must be verified within 14 calendar days of receipt. Any anomalies arising from transport damage, must be reported in writing by registered mail with return receipt to Diamond Centre Ludovisi diED info@diamondcentre.it detailing the damage found and affixing" subject to intact package control " or "subject to damaged package control" on the courier's transport document. Any reporting beyond the aforementioned terms, will not be taken into account. Any defects or hidden anomalies must be reported in writing using the form downloadable from the site in the section "RMA-Assistance and repairs" and sent with tracking code (Tracking):
